Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Yardley Premium Beef ensures that we sell and ship only high-quality meat every time. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday for Tuesday through Saturday delivery. Quality and freshness are guaranteed with our 2nd Day or Next Day Air shipping options. Yardley Premium Beef does not ship on Saturday or Sunday and cannot deliver on Sunday.

To maintain the highest quality, our products are individually packaged and broken down into dry ice packages. To help ensure your order arrives in excellent condition, each order is now shipped using a recyclable shipper box lined with biodegradable insulated foam.

Shipping Carrier

We ship with UPS. On the day your order ships, you will receive an email with your package’s tracking number. This email will also indicate which carrier is delivering the package.

We deliver within the United States with the exception of Puerto Rico, Guam and other U.S. territories. At this time, we are unable to process international orders or deliver to PO and APO/FPO Boxes.

Order Modifications

We are unable to make product modifications once an order has been confirmed. While we will make every attempt to fulfill requests to modify Delivery Date, Address, Gift Note etc. prior to shipment, once an order is in processing mode minimal changes are allowed to be made. All order modifications must be received during normal business hours. No modifications will be made for requests made on Saturday or Sunday. NO ORDER MODIFICATIONS CAN BE MADE 48 HOURS PRIOR TO SHIPMENT.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our product, we are not able to take returns back into our shipment facility. If you feel a product you received does not meet our guarantee, please contact us at info@yardleypremiumbeef.com within 30 days of the receipt of your product and our team will gladly assist you beginning the refund/review process.

The review process will take no longer than 14 days from date of initiation. Once a review has been completed a) replacement product will be shipped, b) a refund will be issued to original form of payment, or c) store credit will be issued within 48 hours.
